Joaquin Broadus is an Infrastructure Engineer at Bit-Wizards. Joaquin’s primary role is to provide internal IT support to all users within the company, ensuring that the technology that the team uses on a daily basis functions as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Joaquin started his career in IT in 2004 and has worked with windows 98 all the way up to the latest operating system, Windows 10. In 2011, Joaquin became an Apple Certified Technician this provided him the opportunity to work on Apple warranty systems from Mac mini’s to iMac’s and Mac pros. Joaquin also has experience running data lines and setting up communications closets.
Joaquin’s professional career began in 2004 working on software and hardware for an IT services company in Destin, Florida. He serviced PC desktops, gaming systems, and servers. Joaquin became proficient at cleaning and repairing PC’s and remote support work. He has a solid understanding of what it means to provide superior customer service. At that company, Joaquin built a five year long list of repeat customers that preferred his service above anyone else.
Joaquin’s interest in computers began in the mid 1980’s, when he built his first computer at his next door neighbor’s house; his passion only grew from there. Joaquin attended Northwest Florida State College. Joaquin lives in Fort Walton Beach and enjoys going to the beach, surfing, shooting guns at the range, and hanging out with family and friends.
