Director of Payroll & Vendor Management

Tabitha Erickson is the Director of Payroll & Vendor Management at Bit-Wizards. She earned this role by embodying Bit-Wizards’ six core values and continually taking an uplifting and positive attitude towards all things. She is a dedicated, hard-working, and diligent employee who always gets the job done. Tabitha is well-known by her fellow wizards for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and energy.

Biography

Tabitha Erickson is the Director of Finance at Bit-Wizards. She earned this role by embodying Bit-Wizards’ six core values and continually taking an uplifting and positive attitude towards all things. She is a dedicated, hard-working, and diligent employee who always gets the job done. Tabitha is well-known by her fellow wizards for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and energy.
 
Tabitha holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from the University of West Florida. She is board-certified and is currently a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). She is also licensed through the state of Florida as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. She is now developing her skills in learning more about IT solutions and becoming an asset to Bit-Wizards. She is QuickBooks and Autotask certified and loves helping her teammates learn more and develop processes for these tools. She also loves spreadsheets and working with Excel.  
 
As the Director of Finance, Tabitha handles all things billing such as invoicing, reconciling accounts, payroll, and accounts receivable and payable. Additionally, she is a great asset to the Dream Team and Managed IT Services (MITS) by helping with Human Resources, Operations, and Process Improvement. She anticipates the needs of her co-Wizards, vendors, and clients to make Bit-Wizards a great place. Her job brings her great joy by fulfilling her desire to make others happy. She loves making a difference in people’s lives and producing the best quality care she can deliver. Tabitha is also known by her peers as a leader and educator, always willing to lend a hand and to improve the quality of any task or project in which she participates.
 
Tabitha has a zest for life and a passion for bodybuilding/powerlifting, skiing, singing (badly), reading, and ballroom/Latin dancing. She enjoys traveling, biking, swimming, rollerblading, and making her friends laugh. Her goal and motto are to leave the earth and people she encounters better than how she found them. Tabitha is married to her incredibly smart, handsome, husband Louis Erickson who is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at Bit-Wizards. When they are not working at Bit-Wizards, they love to spend all their free time together traveling the world and hanging out with their kitty cats, family, and friends.
