Two Silver and One Gold Addy at this Year’s Gala

The ADDY® Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY® competitions. The mission of the ADDY® competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising. Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local ADDY® Awards is the first of a three-tier, national competition. Concurrently, all across the country, local entrants vie for recognition as the very best in their markets.

Louis, Tabby, Mallory, and Mike at the awards ceremonySteven Adams, Senior Web Developer, Kyle Sell, Software Engineer and Todd Ladner, Web Developer at Bit-Wizards won a Silver ADDY® for their work on the website for Studer Group (www.studergroup.com) a Healthcare and Management Consulting Company located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The website is built on Kentico CMS platform with Microsoft .Net technology and hosted in the Microsoft Windows Azure cloud.

Mike Whalen, Director of Web Development, and Lisa Fuller, Web Developer at Bit-Wizards, won a Silver ADDY® for their efforts building the Digital Marketing University website. This site was created for Kentico and his built on the Kentico CMS platform and also hosted in the cloud on Windows Azure.

JD and his wife at the awards ceremonyFor the second year in a row Bit-Wizards took home a gold ADDY®, this award came for the “oGler” video series. J.D. Compton, Branding and Visual Specialist created the videos produced by Bit-Wizards to promote Microsoft Office 365 with help from Jeff Mitchell, Director of IT, and Candace Mitchell, Director of Marketing.
