Responsibilities

Ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services by managing quality assurance of our solutions

Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project and task issues

Anticipate potential issues and address them with appropriate internal resources and client stakeholders
-
Implement and maintain project management processes that adhere to high quality standards and meet client expectations

Assist project leads and Directors with developing project plans
-
Assist with gathering requirements and developing product backlog
-
Provide detailed and accurate reports on project statuses to include current state and projected state
-
Work with Project Leads to build Trusted Advisor status with our clients
Requirements
-
3+ years of technical/IT project management experience, specifically in an technology firm or comparable industry environment

Ability to oversee and manage multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously

Experience using project management and software such as Autotask
-
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Proven experience working with high-touch clients in fast paced business environments

Strong understanding of technical language and concepts as they apply to Managed IT Services and IT Projects

Excellent leadership qualities - must be a go-getter and effectively guide project teams
