Project Summary and Client Background
During the process of launching a new restaurant called FIRE Steakhouse located at their Atmore, Alabama property, a long-time client of Bit-Wizards, Wind Creek Hospitality, realized they required a redesign and development of an existing page within their existing website to aid in the launch campaign for this new establishment.
The Challenge
The challenge of this project came from the timeframe in which the page needed to be launched. The Bit-Wizards team had one week to create a single-page responsively developed website in
Kentico that would convey to visitors the restaurant's ambiance mirrored within the page's design and interaction. This single page site would utilize the Kentico platform to allow for future updates to content by the marketing team.
The Solution
The Bit-Wizards team quickly implemented the clients' third-party designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which enabled the launch of the page within a week as requested by Wind Creek. Then, Bit-Wizards took the second week to move the design into Kentico templates and build proper Kentico-based templates and pages to allow easy content editing. After the second week, they moved forward with a seamless relaunch the site with the Kentico enabled version.
This project was thoroughly planned and executed to the expectations and needs of the Wind Creek marketing team. Bit-Wizards worked very closely with the client to make sure that the design and content expectations were clear from the outset. This project was a very collaborative effort with the Wind Creek marketing team.
The Result
The successful on-time launch of this project enabled the marketing agency to launch their marketing campaigns on schedule to coincide with the launch of the new restaurant at Wind Creek Hospitality, Atmore.
