If so, Bit-Wizards has an opportunity for you! Bit-Wizards is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator with high emotional intelligence and a positive attitude. We need someone who can focus on the details of every task to assist our customers and join our Support team.

This position is full-time and in-house at our office in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Applicants must be able to work onsite with our team at that location.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer Emails and Support Tickets with energy and enthusiasm

  • Strive to meet or exceed support team expectations with excellent customer service

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to reach team goals and initiatives

  • Take ownership of customer needs and issues

  • Other related customer service duties and responsibilities



  • Experience in customer service such as call centers, retail, reception, etc

  • Demonstrate the ability to be empathetic and compassionate towards customers

  • Appropriately and professionally communicate with upset customers; effectively handle high-stress conflict

  • Must work independently and collaboratively; complete tasks without direct supervision

  • Problem solving skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Must be able to work a set schedule

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and carry items up two flights of stairs

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Educational Requirements

Minimum of High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
