It changes every day, but it starts with your skills and your leadership. You'll need to know the following to get the work done:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of software projects by managing quality assurance of our solutions

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues

  • Anticipate potential issues and address them with appropriate internal resources and client stakeholders

  • Implement and maintain project management processes that adhere to high-quality standards and meet client expectations

  • Assist project leads and Directors with developing project plans

  • Assist with gathering requirements and developing product backlog

  • Provide detailed and accurate reports on project statuses to include current state and projected state

  • Work with Project Leads to build Trusted Advisor status with our clients

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience, specifically in a technology firm or comparable industry environment

  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously

  • Experience using project management and software such as Azure DevOps, and Autotask

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience working with high-touch clients in fast-paced business environments

  • Strong understanding of technical language and concepts as they apply to software development.

  • Excellent leadership qualities - must be a go-getter and effectively guide project teams
