Biography

Born in 1992, Kevin moved around constantly as a child due to his parents being in the US Navy. Living in places from California to Scotland, he eventually settled in the Pensacola area in 2001, where he has lived ever since. Growing up, he was an eager learner of the world around him. His first dream was to be an astronomer and learn as much about the universe as possible. To this day, the wonders of the cosmos continue to fascinate him. However, he found his true passion much closer to earth.

Due to his father's excitement for new technology, Kevin has been around computers for as long as he can remember. They always intrigued him, and he enjoyed using them and learning what they could do. After a series of web design courses in high school, he decided to pursue software engineering at the University of West Florida, where he graduated with high honors in 2015.

Upon graduation, Kevin dived headfirst into the world of Android application development. He had a passion for it, having been a dedicated Android user throughout college, and the world of mobile application development was new and exciting to him. Creating things drives him the most, and mobile applications seemed the best way to create beautiful user experiences for others to enjoy. Beyond that, he is an avid problem solver. Software development is built upon finding solutions to problems, be it developing features in fault-free ways, hunting down and resolving existing faults, or even learning new languages and frameworks to tackle new projects.

Over the years, Kevin became an expert in Android application development, and this skill set brought him to TalkingParents and Bit-Wizards. He is excited to expand his skill set in new ways and develop applications that are a joy to use.
