Lauren R. Dahlenburg

Biography

Lauren has spent her life on the Emerald Coast, where she grew up in her hometown of Niceville, Fla. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and a Masters in Web Design and Online Communication. During her time in her Master’s program, Lauren fell in love with front-end development and decided that was her ultimate career calling.

Lauren returned to her college as an adjunct lecturer for her Master’s program after her graduation.

Prior to beginning her journey with Bit-Wizards, Lauren worked for a local state college where she oversaw website development and overhauled the college’s outdated design and content management system. With these projects under her belt, Lauren felt ready to seek a new challenge and joined the Bit-Wizards team.

Lauren is a skilled horseback rider and trained to become a pro rider while living in Ocala. After an injury, she moved back home and met her husband in the stables.

In her spare time, Lauren is always outdoors, usually riding horses, gardening, kayaking, fishing, or spending time with her husband, Josh, and their border collie, Bella.
