Biography

LXS (pronounced phonetically as in eL-eKs-eS) embodies the warmth of her native Fort Walton Beach, Florida, where she was born and raised. Her journey began at Choctawhatchee High School, where she graduated in 2006, before embarking on her educational path at Northwest Florida State College, earning an associate degree in sociology. 

In 2009, LXS embarked on another significant chapter by marrying her high school sweetheart, Ryan. Their union brought forth their wonderful son, Charles. The family's adventures took them to Nebraska in October 2012, where LXS pursued her bachelor's degree in business at Bellevue University and graduated in July 2015.

The call of home beckoned, and in December 2015, LXS and her family joyously returned to the Panhandle of Florida. With her dedication to helping others and a knack for exceptional customer service, LXS thrived in the retail banking sector, swiftly advancing into branch management roles.

Driven by a desire to personally grow and continue making a positive impact, LXS found her way to Bit-Wizards. Here, she discovered a perfect alignment with the company's core values, marking the beginning of her journey to the Wizard Life. Joining as a MITS Service Coordinator in November 2020, LXS brought her contagious positivity, unwavering support, and outstanding relationship-building skills. Her dedication and contributions were quickly recognized, leading to promotions first as Client Success Administrator in 2021 and then as Client Success Manager in 2023.

Deeply influenced by her childhood experiences benefiting from community programs, LXS remains passionately committed to giving back. Her involvement with various charitable organizations, including Bit-Wizards' Be the Magic Foundation, the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Leadership Team, Habitat for Humanity, and the Muscogee Nation, speaks volumes about her dedication to serving others.

Currently, LXS resides in Fort Walton Beach with her cherished family – Ryan, Charles, and their two beloved dogs, Jango and Luna. In her pursuit of continuous learning and personal development, she is also earning her MBA with a professional communication concentration through Bellevue University. In her downtime, she indulges in the simple joys of crafting, gardening, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. LXS' life is a testament to the power of compassion, dedication, and the enriching bonds of community and family.
