Melanie E. Pietenpol

Biography

Melanie was born in Gainesville, FL, but moved with her family to Santa Rosa Beach when she was three years old and has lived there ever since. She graduated from South Walton High school and attended Northwest Florida State College from 2013 – 2016. She transferred to Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in December of 2019. Her major was Criminology, while her minor was Sociology.

Melanie aims to use the skills learned throughout obtaining her degree to help the community.  She is passionate about finding solutions to peoples’ problems and loves to help people. Her hope is to use this passion to help Bit-Wizards reach its goals!

Melanie enjoys nerdier pursuits in her time off, such as playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, reading fantasy novels, and watching a wide array of movies and television shows. She greatly enjoys reading new books and even writes things of her own from time to time.  Relaxation is vital, and Melanie greatly enjoys curling up with a warm cup of coffee or tea and doing the things that she loves!
