Sara has spent most of her career in different forms of customer service over the years. She eventually found her passion in the IT service industry.
Biography
She started building her skills by attending Okaloosa Technical College, where she earned her CompTIA A+ certificate. Two months after completing her course, she earned her Security+ certification and was determined to keep going.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys reading a good book, spending time with her husband and three kids, putting puzzles together, and going to concerts. She has two huskies and two cats that are spoiled rotten.
