August 2017 .NET User Group
August 2017 .NET User Group
Event
Tuesday, August 15, 2017
6:00 AM
Speaker:
Jack Timmons, Lead Software Engineer
Meeting Topic:
Testing: Test Everything vs No Time to Test
Join us this month as we talk about Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Drive Development, Code Coverage, and how to determine when you should be unit testing, what you should be unit testing, and covering some unit testing myths.
Then we will pit the age old arguments of testing everything vs. not having time to test everything due to business budget constraints. Ultimately, neither of those are bad or good things, but both are aspects one should consider when planning to test.
And as always, if you want input into the next .NET User Group topic or would like to speak at one, hit me up on twitter @scott_baldric, the
Bit-Wizards Facebook Page
, or the Trello board! We want to hear from you!
