To support the exceptional efforts of the Emerald Coast Autism Center (ECAC), in 2011, Bit-Wizards built original
Emerald Coast Autism Center’s website on the
Kentico CMS platform. The entire website was designed and developed for ECAC as a donation to their great cause. Over the years, Bit-Wizards has continued to host and support all the on-going development for the website.
The ECAC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to educating and improving the lives of young children with Autism in the Okaloosa and Walton counties and surrounding areas. ECAC is one of the top-rated schools in the country for children with Autism.
With the recent upgrades to the Kentico CMS platform and the scalability offered by Microsoft Azure, Bit-Wizards engaged ECAC to do an upgrade to their website. The Bit-Wizards development team will be moving ECAC from Kentico version 5.5R2 to Kentico 8.2 and also into the newest option for cloud-hosted websites:
Microsoft Azure Web Apps.
The upgrade will offer ECAC many improvements in managing their content and also offer them the ability to easily upgrade in the future.
