Traditionally, Bit-Wizards has focused their service offering on application development (which includes custom software and systems integration) and digital marketing (web development, and creative services), however, in 2012 the decision to launch a managed IT services and line of business was made, and the BWIT team was formed.
This team consists of Jeff Mitchell, Director of IT, Randy Schumann, Cloud Architect, Joaquin Broadus, IT Specialist, Jeffery Roche, Windows Operator Consultant, and Sam Blowes, SharePoint Developer.
Bit-Wizards’ new team offers IT Business Management under their cloud infrastructure consulting service pillar. This new IT service offering is designed in a way to bring a holistic approach to IT management. This method of management gives them the ability to offer any size business an enterprise-like package of IT management that wouldn't be possible without cloud technology. Bit-Wizards uses best-in class, ultra-secure Microsoft cloud technologies to deliver these services.
Unlike the old “break-fix” method of IT Management, Bit-Wizards brings a business focused point-of-view of IT to each new client. They meet with each potential customer to discuss their specific business needs so that they can design a plan that allows each customer to truly utilize IT to help them operate efficiently on a daily basis. Bit-Wizards approach to IT services is allowing their customers’ to not only run their businesses more smoothly, but also pass on new efficiencies and cost-savings to their own customers. Kitchen and Bath Center is doing just this with their IT investments.
We are honored to have been voted Finest on the Emerald Coast for IT Services. Our BWIT team strives to provide the very best IT Service to all of our customers. This award verifies we are doing exactly that! –Jeff Mitchell, Director of IT
