Bit-Wizards is very proud to have made the Inc. Best Workplaces list. We have won many awards for having a great workplace in our home state of Florida, but this is our first national recognition for the systems, practices, and culture we have cultivated at Bit-Wizards. Bit-Wizards was formed specifically to create an excellent place for engineers to work so they could do their very best and most innovative work. Bit-Wizards focuses on the engineers so the engineers can concentrate on the clients and in return, the customers keep coming back to Bit-Wizards. It is a fantastic symbiotic relationship.

The 2017 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed applicants based on benefits offered and employees’ responses to a unique, 30-question survey fielded by each of the applying companies. The research team at Quantum Workplace evaluated responses. For its results to qualify, each company had to achieve a statistically significant response rate based on employee count. Survey scores account for employer size to level the playing field between small and large businesses. All companies had to have a minimum of 10 employees and to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent – that is, not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies.

Bit-Wizards is not a newcomer to these employee-ranking awards. Bit-Wizards is also a seven-time Florida Trend Best Company to Work For Award Winner.
