The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Emerald Coast Chapter, is an organization comprised of human resource professionals in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

Mallory has been the Director of Human Resources for Bit-Wizards since 2013. Mallory achieved the Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) in 2014 and then gained a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP) in 2015.
