Bit-Wizards & TalkingParents Launch Successful New Secure Calling Feature Amid COVID-19

Bit-Wizards and long-time customer TalkingParents worked to release an industry-first Accountable Calling ℠ feature in response to overwhelming requests from customers. Accountable Calling allows parents to place recorded calls within the TalkingParents secure mobile apps.  
 
The new Accountable Calling ℠ feature includes recorded and downloadable audio and text transcript files of all calls. The Bit-Wizards development team integrated TalkingParents’ existing service with Twilio to allow each user to verify their phone number within the mobile app, and then securely place a recorded call to their connected co-parent. To build the required transcripts, they also integrated Rev.ai, which enables the creation of a call transcript as soon as parents end a call. 
 
Companies like TalkingParents partner with Bit-Wizards for the long term because of Bit-Wizards’ continued partnership with Microsoft as a Gold Managed Partner and because of their IT infrastructure and security best practices, including an SSAE-18 Certification. The Bit-Wizards team worked with TalkingParents to launch this critical feature just as the COVID-19 pandemic began sweeping the globe. Accountable Calling ℠ became available for customers in time for the United States-wide stay at home orders were announced. This timely product launch enabled co-parents to communicate during such a difficult and unsettling time more efficiently.

The launch of this feature is a huge success. Accountable Calling has been available for approximately three weeks and is already responsible for 40% of TalkingParents’ quarterly growth.

Accountable Calling ℠ joins existing TalkingParents features, including Secure Messaging, Shared Calendar, file Vault, Attachment Library, and the Personal Journal. TalkingParents aims to help co-parents avoid and resolve disputes by creating accurate and unalterable Records of all their interactions. Customers can order Calling, Messaging, and Calendar Records as digital PDF downloads or certified printed hard copies. Now with Accountable Calling ℠, parents are empowered to use their voice to communicate clearly and securely within the TalkingParents mobile app.
