Asad Hussain

Biography

Asad was born in Miami and lived there until he was seven, after which his family moved to Tampa. Growing up, Asad was influenced by his dad's electrical engineering and programming career and started using computers at an early age.

Unsurprisingly, when he started at the University of South Florida, he immediately enrolled in the Computer Engineering program. While at USF, Asad gained skills in software development, database concepts, and robotics design.

Asad began his career by testing software for security cameras and providing support for customers around the globe. After this,

Asad spent many years building software and modernizing business processes in the managed print industry. Now, with over 10 years of experience, he is excited to work as a Wizard on the DevOps team.

When not working, Asad enjoys building LEGO creations or playing video games. He also enjoys being outdoors, whether it be hiking, kayaking, or bouldering.
