Carmen Schroeder

Biography

Carmen was born in Stuart, FL, and lived in Port Saint Lucie until age 16, where she moved with her family to the Navarre area and has lived ever since. As a senior in high school, she graduated with both her diploma and associate degree before continuing her education at Northwest Florida State College. In December 2022, Carmen graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Management and Supervision.

While in college, Carmen worked at Publix and quickly worked her way from a bagger to customer service staff. She regularly used conflict resolution to meet the needs of her customers and coworkers, learning crucial leadership skills along the way. From ages 12 to 18, Carmen was a part of St. Lucie County's and Okaloosa County's Florida Sheriff's Explorer Association. She devoted over 900 hours of her personal time to volunteer and aid the community in several local events and learned many skills. Carmen enjoys making a difference in other people's lives. Now, as a customer experience coordinator, she hopes to do the same as a Wizard.

Carmen enjoys going on the boat, fishing, hunting, and pretty much anything outdoors in her free time. That's the side most people see, although she does love a good thrift shopping trip.
