My name is Taylor Brown and I have been at Bit-Wizards for a little over four years now. I'm Lulu and I've been here here for eight months. I'm Dave Perkins, I've been at Bit-Wizards for 12 years. My name is Walter and I've been here for about nine months now. Working at Bit-Wizards is like always having your hand in the cookie jar of technology. And we have a very big cookie jar. The Bit-Wizards culture is one of, I will say, love. I hate to say it's like family, but it's like the not dysfunctional family. It's the fun family. You know, your favorite cousins. That's what it's like to hang out with. I love working with my team. It is always a fun experience, even on days when things are just really, really chaotic. We still have fun doing it. You get to be yourself. Nobody is trying to fit you into this corporate mold. It's fun, yet productive. You have to have a talent that warrants the capability to doing really cool things for businesses around the world. Wait till you see how they decorate their desks? Star Trek. Yes! Live long and prosper. When someone does a good job, it doesn't just get ignored. It doesn't get brushed under the rug. Bit-Wizards supported me and anything that I wanted to try, anything that I was curious about. In the almost two years that I have been here, I have learned myself and I have come into my own. You kind of naturally just want to be the best version of yourself. Everybody here has my back. Bit-Wizards celebrates its employees and treats them like human beings. If you have something wonderful happening in your life Bit-Wizards is going to be right behind you cheering you on. If something bad happens, they are going to be right behind you, supporting you. One thing that I love that Bit-Wizards does is the monthly company events that we do. The sole purpose of these is for the team to socialize with each other and just relax. Our families are welcome to come to these too. That is also one of my favorite things about Bit-Wizards is how just, family-oriented they are. Why is the greater Fort Walton Beach area so wonderful to live? Number one, no snow. Average annual temperatures of 70 degrees if you like to do stuff outside. This is the place. Schools, grade A schools, 64 counties in the state of Florida, we're always in the top five. So everything that a young professional needs is here in northwest Florida. It's paradise. People will save up all year to spend one week on vacation here. And it gives me this amazing work life balance that I get to still live in paradise and do a job that I love. I don't even take a vacation usually because I live in vacation, you know? I mean, it's just it's perfect. I think I know a lot of people that say that they don't like seafood, and I would genuinely want to challenge them to come over here and try some of this seafood because maybe they just haven't had good seafood yet. The company has changed exponentially. We've gone from a small company with about 15 to 20 people when I started to now for 65. Our clients at the time were a few local small businesses. Now we have clients all over the country of all different sizes as well. Even as we've grown, we haven't lost any of what I loved about coming to work here. It's it's a true testament to what Vince and Louis have created here. We have a lot of great people, a lot of great talent. Everybody stays engaged with what we do on a day to day. Bit-Wizards, arguably is the number one organization in the last ten years for giving back to our county. They're involved with the military. Active, retired. They're involved with schools, school bands, foundations. They're influencing what happens on the quality of life in Okaloosa County by leading initiatives to change how things are done. And they are making great strides. You want to be involved in an organization that's fun to work for, might have snacks for free and is willing to do things in the community. Bit-Wizards is your group. We knew that if you create an environment where people want to work together and where they have fun while they're doing it, they're going to be more productive. But we also know that they're going to have greater impact. We're looking for self-managed, autonomous people. Vince and I love that we're the bosses who have to go around and tell people to go home, not the ones that have to tell you, you have to work the weekend. I'm Annie and I'm a Wizard. We have every sort of person you can imagine working here. It brings people of all walks of life, all different skill sets, all different personality types under one roof. And with all of our powers combined, we can get anything accomplished. Boldly go where no one has gone before. If you want to work in a place doing what you love and have fun doing it at the same time, this is definitely the place where you want to be. If you're a new grad like me that wants to go somewhere that you think you'll actually be able to have an impact and learn a lot in a short period of time. Come to work at Bit-Wizards.
