IT Operations Specialist
Drew Douglass brings more than a decade of experience in operations, logistics, and project management. During his career with YOLO Board, he grew into a senior operations and project management role where he led international logistics initiatives, managed vendor relationships, coordinated product launches from concept through market launch, and supported significant business growth.
Biography
Known for his persistence and problem-solving mindset, Drew enjoys tackling complex challenges, creating structure from chaos, and building repeatable processes that drive long-term results. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams, managed procurement and supply chain operations, developed operational systems, and helped organizations improve efficiency through better planning and execution.
After earning his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Drew made the transition into the technology industry and joined Bit-Wizards as an IT Operations Specialist. He enjoys connecting people, processes, and technology to help teams work more effectively and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. Whether he’s taking family trips to the beach, hunting, hiking, riding bikes with the kids, teaching them how to play guitar, or relaxing with his wife while binge-watching a good show, family time remains his top priority.
