Taylor J. Graves

Director of Product

As a child, Taylor was always kind of the odd one. She played by herself often and enjoyed reading books. In middle school, Taylor completed an entire medical mathematics book in one summer—for fun. Throughout her high school years, she took advanced placement classes. Unlike other students, she took a full seven courses her senior year. Taylor always took on challenges and tried new things, which lead her to be the curious, self-willed woman she is today.

Taylor worked in a restaurant at the age of eighteen and became shift leader and a new hire trainer within a few months. Her ability to grasp and fully understand company procedures fueled her ability to move forward quickly. After a few years in the service industry, she knew she wanted to work in an office-like environment. She became a patient intake representative and took on more than the position required of her. In this position, Taylor trained office managers when updates were made to company procedures and taught others how to be more efficient in their jobs. She implemented new filing methods for employee files and tracking information for irreplaceable specimens. In less than a year holding that role, her office was awarded division-wide “Patient Service Center of the Month,” for the first time. The award was based on patient feedback and going above and beyond metrics such as short wait times. Shortly after, Taylor received employee of the month (another division-wide award) in October of 2017 for her dedication, hard work, and attention to detail.

In February 2018, Taylor accepted the role of Administrative Assistant with Bit-Wizards.She brought her process improvement, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to achieve even more in her position at Bit-Wizards and within a year she moved into a new role as Product Support Coordinator.

Taylor moved from Crestview to Fort Walton Beach in June of 2017 with her son. She graduated from Crestview High School in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys building and fixing performance vehicles with her son and of course the occasional Star Wars movie marathon.
