Cassidy was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After she graduated from high school, she worked as a deckhand on a dolphin-watching and snorkeling boat, where she gained customer service experience and her love for being on the water! She then cross-trained in several departments and was eventually asked to move to Key West to help get the new location up and running.
