We’re looking for a Project Manager to work onsite in our headquarters office in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of software development, digital marketing and IT projects by managing quality assurance of our solutions
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues
  • Anticipate potential scope issues and address them with appropriate internal resources and client stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain project management processes to deliver solutions that adhere to high quality standards and meet client expectations
  • Assist project leads and Directors with developing project plans
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports on project statuses to include current state and projected state
  • Work with Project Leads to build Trusted Advisor status with our clients 
 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience in a software development firm, digital agency or comparable industry environment
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously
  • Experience using project management software such as Jira and/or Mavenlink
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong understanding of technical language and concepts as they apply to software development, digital marketing and IT
  • Excellent leadership qualities - must be a go-getter and effectively guide project teams

  • PMP certification
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience writing technical documentation and/or maintaining a knowledge base
