Recently, Bit-Wizards partnered with the
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) to provide
fully managed I.T. Services to all eight clubs throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties. As a result, Bit-Wizards is a Guardian-level sponsor of the organization and was invited to attend the BGCEC Annual Dinner.
About Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast is a 501(c)3 corporation chartered by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and an agency of United Way in Escambia, Okaloosa/Walton, and Santa Rosa Counties. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast serves over 700 children a day at their eight club locations.
The BGCEC organization provides targeted programming focused on three priority outcome areas of youth development: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
The Annual Dinner
On March 3, 2016, BGCEC hosted their annual dinner and extended an invitation to the Bit-Wizards team due to their newly formed partnership. CEO,
Vince Mayfield and Director of I.T. and Microsoft MVP, Jeff Mitchell represented Bit-Wizards at this event.
This dinner featured the BGCEC’s yearly board member installation and executive addresses as well as the annual presentation of awards.

Shervin Rassa reviewed the State of the Clubs and shared the
2015 Impact Report.
What Bit-Wizards is Doing to Help
Just like many other non-profit organizations, the BGCEC want to maximize the use of their donation dollars. By partnering with Bit-Wizards for fully managed I.T. Services, the BGCEC employees can wholly focus their resources on the daily tasks and projects of their organization, without the worry of failing technology or related services.

The BWIT team migrated BGCEC to Office 365 and using proprietary processes and monitoring, the BWIT team keeps a minute-by-minute eye on all the BGCEC’s services and connected technologies to provide a holistic I.T. services like no other.
