Biography

John’s professional experience began when he started working for a computer repair shop and ISP in Fort Walton Beach, FL where he performed server and desktop hardware builds and created online order forms and scripts for hosting customers. While attending his last semester of college for computer science at UF, John was hired by Bit-Wizards.

John’s interest in computers and technology began at a young age when his father brought home an Amiga 500. John spent countless hours experimenting with Amiga Basic and trying to defeat copy protection schemes on his friend’s game disks. Being a military brat, John lived in many places including the Philippines but has been living in Florida since high school and considers it home. John is a huge Gators fan, having attended both the University of Florida in Gainesville and the University of West Florida where he received a BS in Computer Science.

John is currently living in Destin, FL with his wife and two boys. He spends most of his free time boating, beaching, and fishing with his family.
